We are a Florida statewide eminent domain practice representing property owners against the government and other condemning authorities. Although our offices are in Keystone Heights and Jacksonville, we represent property owners throughout the State of Florida. Our firm is committed to excellence in securing for our clients the full compensation that they are entitled to under the Florida Constitution in eminent domain and other private property rights actions.

What Makes Us Different

Mark Natirboff, P.A., exclusively represents property owners, including businesses, corporations, ranchers, farmers, and homeowners, against the government and against other condemning authorities in eminent domain cases, and other private property rights actions. Some law firms in Florida that practice eminent domain law will also represent the government or other condemning authorities in taking private property from owners. That is not so with this law firm, as we only represent property owners against the government and against other condemning authorities.
